A vibrant, fizzy mocktail bursting with fresh blueberries, aromatic mint, and a zesty lime kick. Wholesome hydration for the whole family!
In a sturdy glass or a small pitcher, add the fresh blueberries, mint leaves, and lime juice.
Save a few whole berries and a mint sprig for a fancy garnish later!
Use a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon to gently crush the berries and mint until the juices are released and the aroma is strong.
Don't over-mash the mint or it can become bitter; just a few good presses will do.
Stir in the agave nectar until it's well combined with the fruit base.
Fill the glass with ice cubes, then pour the sparkling water over the top. Give it a gentle stir to marble the purple juice through the bubbles.
Pour slowly to keep as much fizz as possible!
This is my favorite way to use up extra mint from the garden. For a fun family twist, let the kids muddle the blueberries—it turns the whole drink a gorgeous royal purple! If you don't have agave, a little honey works perfectly too.
