I started cooking at 14 years old, working in a family-owned BBQ restaurant where I prepared and set the cook line for breakfast and dinner service. It was there that my passion for food and hospitality was born. The fast pace, the aroma of smoke and seasoning, and the responsibility of preparing meals for others sparked something deeper than just a job. I continued cooking throughout college, using that time to refine my skills and perfect American classics while expanding my love for food.
